Holistic Wellness Mind, Body & Spirit is a household educational publication published by William Sizemore. This policy explains the information used to operate the website, newsletter, and disclosed product links.

Information you provide

When you subscribe, the server sends the email address and optional name you submit to Beehiiv, the newsletter system of record. The request also identifies the website as the signup source and asks Beehiiv to send the welcome email. When the optional Supabase mirror is configured, the server also writes a best-effort backup containing email, optional name, active status, website source, and subscription time. The site does not use that mirror to personalize pages.

Website operations

Vercel hosts the site and may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps for security and reliability. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure site usage and performance. When a product link is clicked, the site sends a Vercel Analytics event containing the product name, placement on the page, and whether the link is commissioned. The event does not include the subscriber email entered in the newsletter form.

Beehiiv processes newsletter delivery and subscription activity under its own privacy practices. Product merchants and affiliate platforms may process the click and subsequent activity under their own policies after you leave this site.

How information is used

  • To deliver and operate the newsletter you requested.
  • To maintain site security and reliability.
  • To understand which guides and disclosed product placements readers use.
  • To diagnose signup problems and honor support or deletion requests.

We do not sell the newsletter list. Affiliate-click measurement does not change the editorial conclusion on a page.

Retention

Beehiiv retains the subscription record needed to operate the list until it is removed through unsubscribe, account controls, or a deletion request. A configured Supabase backup is retained for newsletter operations and support until deletion is requested. Vercel and product merchants retain their own operational and analytics records under their policies; this publication does not promise a shorter fixed period on their behalf.

Your choices

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing livingecoharmony@gmail.com.

External links

Product and source links lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. If an affiliate link is activated, the merchant or affiliate platform may use tracking needed to attribute a purchase; the nearby disclosure will identify that relationship.
