Mind · Honest care
Peace is not pretending everything is fine.
Faith can offer hope and steadiness. It does not replace licensed mental-health care, medication, emergency support, or the courage to ask another person for help.
Three small practices
A gentler place to begin.
These ideas are not treatment. They are small ways to notice your needs and decide whether support would help.
Name what is present
Use plain words for what you are feeling—tired, worried, lonely, angry, numb—without judging yourself for noticing it.
Protect a small pause
Choose one short, repeatable quiet practice: a walk, a slow breath, prayer, journaling, or a screen-free cup of tea.
Bring in another person
A trusted friend, pastor, physician, or licensed counselor can help you carry what is too heavy to hold alone.
Professional support is a wise next step
You do not have to wait until things are unbearable.
A licensed counselor, physician, or other qualified professional can help assess symptoms and recommend care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
